This place is an absolute joke. I booked a morning appointment with Bilal, that used to be my GP here years ago. Then after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time they tell me he's a private doctor, which he wasn't before. Greedy. They even asked for my pension card, which you only ask for for non private appointments. They don't even have any water in the waiting area. This place is the WORST GP you could go to in Victoria Park. Next practice and Medical group are way better. No way should you have to wait more than 30 minutes for a morning appointment.Edit in response: Next Practice and Medical group hasn't done that, and considering you have the lowest google rating compared to these GPs I think you are deluded in thinking doing this is going to help your business. I gave you feedback over 2 years ago on how you could improve the atmosphere in your waiting room and you didn't take one suggestion on board. If you really valued feedback you'd take on board the feedback given. Is it really THAT hard to have water and/or tea in the waiting area with nice relaxing music playing? No, it's not, but you can't even do that.

I have been with this practice for many years and find the staff helpful, respectful and courteous. May have to wait but never feel rushed during appointments. Waiting area facilities are basic but always clean when I go there.

Misery. As you walk in the receptionist nearest the wall doesnt even attempt a smile. Just a sour look on her face. Booked in and she ushers me to the waiting area.When asking after 45 minutes where the appointment is she looked like I had interrupted heart surgery and was very inconvenienced. Unfortunately not the first time with this experience here. Very dissapointing but looking at other reviews I can see why its 2. Something stars. Maybe employ some friendly faces up front instead of the look of misery whenever you enter.

I have recently had appointments with Dr Maureen Evans and Dr Jennifer Randall - for different types of medical counsel. These two doctors were both absolutely wonderful. They were compassionate, professional and personable. They listened to my concerns and prescribed effective treatments and useful ongoing health advice. I would highly recommend both these doctors, especially to other women who are not very comfortable with medical stuff! Thank you so much for your caring and intelligent approach. Much appreciated.

Just go with another doctor. Doctor rushes you out the door and stings you 200 while trying rush you out the door. One receptionist tries to force you into picking either phone consultation or appointment within first 20 seconds without hearing you out. No cares given about customer service

I politely emailed to ask for a phone chat with the practice manager. No response. I followed through with a phone call. The lady who answered the phone wanted to debate me instead of taking my message, but she eventually said the 2IC would call back. Never happened. I was making a plea for help and formed the impression they are more interested in billable visits than genuine health concerns. I intend to take this complaint further.

Best medical & caring Dr - have been cared for by her for 20 years, Dr Maureen Evans, so compassionate. Staff obliging including the reception area who take your phone query to correct area, always helpful. If you have to wait for a while it is because the patient ahead is getting the same care you will receive, not rushed out because time is up. Another year later and still the best Dr I've ever attended. 2022 - (added) she follows through when needed. Reception Staff also very compassionate, & helpful!

I must say this medical centre don’t even deserve 2.5 star. 20-25 min wait after having an appointment. Dr Jennifer you are on the wrong profession you can make more money in other jobs $125 for a medical certificate seriously? I am telling you I had blood test and everything is fine still you want to extend time by calling pathology and making drama to extend consultation so that you can charge me $125 as a description of surgery consultation can you justify how? I never had consultation for any surgery???

Took an appointment online for my daughter on Monday for Tuesday 3.15pm with one of the doctors. Reached the clinic at 3.10pm on Tuesday. Receptionist asked if the patient had seen the doctor earlier, I said no. Then I get to know that the doctor does not see new patients. I was quite irked at this this and told the receptionist that the website did not mention anything like that while doing the booking. She asked me to have a seat. I waited for almost 1 hour. I kept checking with multiple receptionists as to what was happening with my appointment. They only said I need to wait. I was so frustrated by the end of it, I decided to inform the receptionist and leave. While I was waiting to talk to the receptionist, I believe a call was made to the doctor (I was very disappointed with the service and it reflected on my face).Immediately, the doctor appears from nowhere and calls out my daughter's name. The consultantation lasted for about 5 minutes. I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience.The receptionists are very rude and totally unapproachable. I will never visit this clinic again.Not recommended at all!
